They said it couldn’t happen, that it wouldn’t happen – the Nintendo Switch would never be subject to any kind of reasonably good bundle offer this Black Friday. But Amazon has proven them wrong with a Nintendo Switch Black Friday bundle that gets you the console and throws Super Mario Odyssey in for essentially nothing.
This Black Friday on Amazon you can get a limited edition red Nintendo Switch with Super Mario Odyssey for £279.99. The limited edition red console is largely the same as every other Switch console, but both Joy-Cons are a matching Mario red.
Bearing in mind £279.99 is the recommended retail price for the console alone and the game itself usually sells for around £40, that’s a nice saving.
The best price we’ve seen on this bundle before now has been in the range of £309 to £330, so it’s certainly a Black Friday bargain.
It did, admittedly, seem unlikely that Black Friday would bring an abundance of Switch offers.
